Cozora Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't right, we offer returns under the terms below.

Eligibility Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items with signs of wear or use
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items

How to Start a Return Submit your return request through our Contact Page or email us directly at Hello@Cozora.co. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable.
